How it works
Six stages. One team beside you.
Nothing here is automatic. A person builds your plan, a person reads your check-ins, and a person tells you when you need a doctor instead.
Talk
A free 15-minute consultation. We ask where you are and what a good week looks like for you. We do not ask for test results, and we never diagnose on a call.
Assess
Lifestyle, cycle, sleep, stress, movement and nutrition. The assessment also screens for the five things that need a doctor rather than a coach — and says so plainly if it finds one.
Personalise
Your naturopath builds the plan and reviews it before it reaches you. It fits your kitchen, your commute and your schedule, not a template.
Act
Live sessions, your plan, and a sixty-second WhatsApp check-in each morning that shapes the day's nudge.
Review
Every month your naturopath reads your patterns back to you: what changed, what did not, and what to adjust next.
Refer when needed
If something looks clinical, we connect you to a partner gynaecologist — usually within a day. They refer back to us for the lifestyle side.
Daily check-in
60 seconds. Huge difference.
Every morning your coach checks in on WhatsApp. Your answers shape the day's nudge and build the picture your naturopath reviews each month.
- Skipped your plan? You get a simple swap.
- Low energy in your luteal phase? Rest and magnesium-rich foods.
- Bloating three days in a row? Your naturopath is notified.
- Four sessions this week? Your streak grows.

Noted. Day 14, ovulatory phase — a good week for strength work. I've added a 20-min session for Thursday.
Where our work stops.
We support lifestyle and wellbeing. We do not diagnose, prescribe or treat. When your assessment or your check-ins suggest something clinical, we say so plainly and connect you to a partner gynaecologist — usually within a day. Clinical responsibility stays with the doctor.
