Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 31 August 2026
Your health information is deeply personal. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have.
1. What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone (optional).
- Health and lifestyle information you choose to share: assessment answers, daily check-ins, optional cycle logs, goals and session notes.
- Payment records (processed by our payment partner — we never store card details).
- Technical data: IP address and device information for security.
2. How we use it
- To personalise your plans and support your care team's work.
- To operate bookings, payments, reminders and progress reviews.
- To keep the platform secure and audit access to sensitive data.
We never sell your data. We never use your health information for advertising. Health data is excluded from analytics tooling.
3. Who can see your health data
Only the providers actively assigned to your care can view your health information, and only what their role requires. Administrative access is limited and audit-logged.
4. Your controls
- Cycle tracking is opt-in and can be switched off at any time.
- You can revoke marketing consent at any time.
- You can request export or deletion of your account and data.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, sessions are protected, and access is role-restricted with audit logging of sensitive actions.
6. Retention
We retain data while your account is active. After deletion, personal data is removed or anonymised except where law requires retention (e.g. payment records).
