1. The service

HealHerWay provides personalised wellness coaching and lifestyle support for hormonal and metabolic wellbeing, delivered through programs, live sessions, personalised plans, tracking tools and educational resources.

2. Not a medical service

• HealHerWay is not an emergency medical service.
• HealHerWay does not diagnose medical conditions.
• HealHerWay does not prescribe or recommend medication.
• HealHerWay does not replace specialist medical care.
• Our providers operate within their professional scope and will refer you to qualified medical professionals when your needs require clinical care.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HealHerWay.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

5. Programs and payment

Program fees are stated in Indian Rupees and payable through our payment partner. Refunds are handled per the refund terms shown at checkout and in your program agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other members' data, post harmful content in the community, or misrepresent yourself.

7. Termination

You may request account deletion at any time from your profile. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
