Refund & Cancellation Policy

We would rather you leave than stay in a program that is not working for you. This policy sets out exactly when you get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes.

1. Programs

Every program carries a refund window that starts on the day your payment is captured:

• 1-Month Kickstart — ₹4,999 · 7-day refund window
• 90-Day Hormonal Health Program — ₹12,999 · 7-day refund window
• 6-Month Comprehensive Women's Health Program — ₹21,999 · 14-day refund window

Inside your window you receive a full refund provided you have attended no more than two live sessions. After the window, or after three or more sessions, the fee is non-refundable — but you may pause your program for up to 30 days, or transfer the remaining balance to another program of equal or greater value once.

2. Teleconsultations

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your slot for a full refund or a free reschedule.
• Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, are not refundable — the doctor has held the slot.
• If the doctor cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund or a slot of your choosing, whichever you prefer.

3. Payment links

A program bought through a payment link we send you after a consultation is covered by exactly the same terms as an online purchase. An unpaid link simply expires; nothing is charged.

4. How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210 or email hello@healherway.com with the name on the account and your receipt number. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to sit through a retention call.

5. How long it takes

We approve eligible requests within 2 working days. Razorpay then returns the money to your original payment method, which typically takes 5–7 working days for cards and UPI, and can take up to 10 for netbanking. You will receive an email when the refund is initiated and again when it settles.

6. Partial refunds

Where a partial refund applies — a paused program you decide not to resume, for example — we refund pro rata on the unused days, minus any 1:1 sessions already delivered at their standalone rate. The calculation is shown to you in writing before anything is processed.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with a decision, reply to the refund email and it is reviewed by the founder within 5 working days. You retain every right available to you under Indian consumer law; nothing in this policy limits them.
